Big Data, Privacy & Cybercrime

During the previous lessons i have learned a lot about data and protection and cyber crime and how to prevent it from happening. To protect one from cyber crime you must make sure to have different passwords for different accounts and not to click on any links or emails that are not from the people you know. If you do become hacked or your information is leaked you can become a victim of identity theft and your money and information will be stolen. Currently I do not check for fishing and accidentally click bad links while also using the same password often so i will try to stop doing those things.

The new python command learned is print. The command is one that allows any user to be able to print any text by using print("enter anything"). it is very useful for having words display or making things out of text. I have used this before in a different unit so their was no difficulties in using the print command. I was able to make a little doodle with the print command which is something I have not done before. The python command is very similar to other things which makes it very accessible.

A computer turns analog inputs into data and converts it into a code of zeros and ones so the computer can read the data.  A bit is a small electrical device that can be either 1 or zero and it is a micro transistors that holds a electrical charge. 8 bits are 1 byte. For every bit they are either a 1 or on or a zero which is off which means a number in the number system and it is 2 squared for every 1. Learning the way to turn bits from 1 and 0 to numbers is very difficult

Python input command and variables

The new python command I learned to use was the input command. The input command allows us to be able to store information to be used later and can be assigned a name that will be used later in the command. It can also be used as ways to get variables to certain questions and can be used to record the data of the answers. the difficulties I faced were the naming of the programs since they cant be separated and can't have certain symbols. I think that learning how to use the input command was fun and was very entertaining.
